Qualifying

Individual criteria are established with owners and in compliance with local, state and federal laws.  Please prepare to submit the following:

• Completed rental application for all residents 18 and older
• Evidence of financial ability: For example last 3 months' paystubs, Sec 8 or other housing vouchers, or income from any source you want us to consider). If self-employed, most recent 2 years' tax returns, and last three months' bank statements.
• A recent credit report (within the last 30 days) that reflects credit score and history
• $40 application fee, one per group (not per person).
