Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, but we do timely process applications! Submit a complete package and can quickly get started! -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. You will be required to provide a security deposit equal to at least one months rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants need to be at least 18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable if the property is free of any damage from the tenant. At the end of the lease, properties are required to be swept clean and all personal items removed and returned in basically the same condition as when you rented the home (no damage) -
Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone whose credit is insufficient to meet the requirements of the owner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Best way to apply is to use the online app on our web page. You can also call us and we will provide a hard copy application. -
How do I pay rent?
We require all new tenants to pay through epay via our website. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Not all landlords permit pets. Those that do will require us to qualify the pet and if approved a pet security deposit is required. All applicants must screen pets, emotional support and service animals through petscreening.com. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If your credit at the time is sufficient you will need to notify us so we can prepare a new lease agreement or amendment. If your roommate was a cosigner and your credit is insufficient you will need to get a new cosigner. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We will contact all tenants in advance of their expiration date to determine their intent regarding moving or extending the current lease. All tenant requirements must be completed by the expiration date. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the damage was caused by the tenant, the tenant is responsible. If the repair is part of normal property maintenance, the owner is responsible.
